Our lab travels half the world, with expeditions from the Arctic to the Antarctic. We have a passion for the environment and work every day to preserve and protect it through research and stewardship.

Our research spans topics as diverse as water quality and environmental chemical cycles to sources of greenhouse gas emissions. Students use state of the art equipment to conduct studies not only at the poles, but also specific to Saskatchewan’s unique communities and various ecosystems.
